ICL Innovation seeks a sustainable alternative to Pt as electro-catalyst for the Hydrogen side of a Hydrogen-Bromine regenerative fuel cell (RFC).

Key Success Criteria

• Durability in a hydrobromic acid/Bromine ambience
• Low bromide poisoning effect
• Activity over multiple cycles with the target of 3,000 cycles and more than 10 years
• Same catalytic efficiency as Pt in HOR/HRR
